now i know what elyssa means when she always says:

a simple word but one that evokes a whirlpool of sentiments and thoughts. a clash of swords between contrary spheres in your seat of consciousness -- your mind.
and once in a while, your heart struggles to be heard in the buzzing cloud that's going on in your brain. sometimes it gets heard, other times it gets thrust aside in the pretext of sthg we humans like to call rationality, a concept that is forever at odds with the heart.

how can a person be so enigmatic.



this week's been good. zhenyang came back and i guess xiatfei really wasnt bluffing when he said he's "very friendly". i mean, it seems like we have known him for ages. well ok the guys have, but we (the girls) havent, but there was absolutely no awkwardness. i guess some ppl are just naturally sociable lar. mon & fri this week were "uniform days" HAHAH. ahxin looks totally like a schoolkid!! but i guess the rest of us kinda lost the student "feel" already. although it feels great to don that grey thingy again.

anyway next week's my last, and i know i'm really going to miss that place. i'm not crazy over the work, but the envt is one that i really do appreciate. when i tell ppl how my work envt is like, i get envious replies cuz, well, you dont really get this kind of envt in a polyclinic, tuition centre, or some logistics admin company (which are some of the places my friends work at).



alanlaw's essay qns are OMG out-of-this-world. i dont even know how to start crafting the structure!! :/


an sms from jinru about an outing with the girls on a particular fri (to which i replied sorry cant make it cuz got work :/ ) and laments from bh and yh that they havent seen me in ages brought me to realise that, gosh, my life is like totally wrapped up in work now. i've been kinda out of touch with them.... regular phonecalls with jf & yh help, but it hit me that so many of them are not working anymore and like my life is so different from theirs.
